General Jack Granger [Michael Ironside]

Jack Granger is the military leader of GDI and your commanding officer. He is not in good relations with his superior Redmond Boyle, and considers him to be just another politician that directly interferes with GDI commanders. At some point in the game, you will have to decide who to follow, him or Redmond Boyle.

Director Redmond Boyle [Billy Dee Williams]

This is the new civilian director of GDI, a mid-level career politician thrust onto the world stage by events. While your first impression might be that he is a calm and honest man, in reality he vyes for power.

Lt. Sandra Telfair [Grace Park]

Jack Granger's right hand and a vital source of intelligence for the player. She often provides mission briefings.

Kirce James [Jennifer Morrison]

Kirce James is the intelligence officer for GDI that Ajay is for Nod. Much like Josh Holloway's character, she shows up in nearly every briefing to make sure your head's on straight and supply a little bit of background to the battles and the area they take place in.

Kane [Joe Kucan]

Joe Kucan, the original actor who portrayed the character Kane in previous C&C games, is reprising once again his role as the megalomaniacal leader of the Brotherhood of Nod. Kane has always been a mysterious character, a prophet, as well as a composed and highly accomplished strategist in both political and military spheres. His return marks the beginning of a new age.

General Kilian Qatar [Tricia Helfer]

Kane's second in command and one of the greatest military assets that Nod has. Kane speaks very highly of her. She planned the assault on the space station Philadelphia.

Ajay [Josh Holloway]

Nod intelligence officer and an elite military planner who is the genius behind some of Nod's most audacious strikes. He's all about Nod and all about the thrill of the fight. While not as high up the chain of command, Ajay relays most orders from Kane or Kane's second in command, Killian and therefore has plenty of screen time.
